They did a cake and cupcakes for my son’s birthday and it was exactly what I wanted. I booked with them based off the reviews and was left a very happy and satisfied customer. Customer service is very efficient and reliable. I never had an issue getting in touch with any of the staff over the phone. The environment of the bakery is very cleanly. Parking is not bad either.
I have been a long time customer of Supreme bakery. They have provided specialty themed sheet cakes for 3 Grandsons, 1 Greatgranddaughter, Daughter, Siblings and other family members for all of our special occasions. If there has ever been any issues or mishaps, the owner has ALWAYS redeemed himself. As we all know, stuff happens. Perfection doesn't exist. Nowadays the expectations of businesses providing good service is some times overlooked, but NOT with Supreme. The owner and his staff take it seriously. Supreme Bakery is our community bakery with a wide variety of sweet treats. I have been shopping with them over 10 years, and I have never had any major issues. I had only 1 issue which was rectified immediately, and professionally. However, Shopping over 10 years with only 1 issue, is considered excellent because no where you go is ever going to be 100%. I tried the tiramisu and the coconut cupcakes, and both were absolutely delicious! The tiramisu was beautifully presented, with an edible design on top that made it extra special — creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The coconut cupcakes were so well done, topped with a bright cherry that made them look as good as they tasted. My grandma especially loved those cupcakes — she couldn’t stop talking about them! Everything was so well presented and tasted amazing. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you have a sweet tooth! 🍰✨
Bought a pineapple filled birthday cake for my girlfriend. She loved the look and especially the taste of the cake. Had to order it the day prior, and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. Staff is/was attentive and friendly. Place is clean, and the array was mouth watering to look at. Five stars.
Great experience overall. Cakes are pretty good here and the baker did a good job with the design. The only thing was that a bit of the blue from the gender reveal got on the outside of the cake and was visible before cutting the cake—which of course was a little disappointing, so I would just recommend examining more in the future to avoid any mistakes like this. But otherwise, great job and thank you for creating a beautiful cake!
Let say first, the cake was so beautiful and tasty, that everyone was impressed. The birthday girl really was surprised. Stacey did an awesome job, helping placing this order. She gave me advice on everything to go with the cake I wanted. For those who wanted to know, I ordered a red velvet cake with buttercream frosting and filling. The cake tasted so delicious and rich. Moist to the taste and not dry where you would choke. Will be ordering again.
